Registration KLE

1. Log in to eAbsence and click on the item “Companies” in the menu on the left.

2. Click on the name of your company.

3. Click on “Register your company” in the bottom right-hand corner.

4. Now select “Report organisation to Suva”.

5. Click on “Retrieve from E@syTemp” to display the details your the organisation.
Please note: The data of your organisation (see fields in the following screenshot) must first be completed in E@syTemp. 6:

6. Click on “Register”.

7. Open the menu item “Order password to collect certificate”.

8. Click on the button “Order password to collect certificate”.

9. On the pop-up, click on “OK”.

Swissdec will check the company identity (data comparison with SUVA, authorities, UID register) within the next 48 hours.
